What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels so that you can track the delivery, larger items will be required to sign for delivery. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Because each item is made to order the process from making to delivering can take 7-10 working days from the order and then shipping can be anything from 5 – 15 days depending on the item and where it is going. We try and given accurate time scale on each item but please also allow for holidays and weekends. We hold smaller items in stock so these may arrive a little bit quicker. We are based in the UK so international orders will take longer depending on the final destination. Each garment will indicate the average time to make and ship your item.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping, sadly we cannot take responsibility for any import duties and taxes incurred for the delivery or returns.

International delivery – When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-3 weeks. We do sell some items through Wolf & Badger who can offer faster shipping and returns.

Can I return an item?
As we make our items to order, please check all sizing before ordering and get in touch if you need some advice before placing an order. However if the item is faulty or the wrong size please drop us a message so that we can arrange an exchange you. For more information on exchanges & returns please read our guidance.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At the moment we use PayPal to take payment, we can also take Stripe Payments if you prefer or for wholesale we can supply invoices and arrange a Bank Transfer for larger orders.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Because we use PayPal & Stripe we never hold your card details and we can refund payment easily if required, of course we hope you love our products and won’t need a refund!

How do I place an Order?
Place your order through the shopping cart, however if you are looking for something different, would like a larger size custom made or want to place a larger order please contact us.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can set up an account or just place an order as a guest.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel please do cancel as soon as possible as we start the process of creating your item within the next 12 hours. Of course if you need to cancel before we ship please make sure you cancel within 2 working days so we can refund delivery as well. Once an item is posted we are unable to refund delivery.
